Monica Flores
Filipina-American businesswoman, author, and speaker Monica Flores has a mission in life to empower, educate, and connect women of color. With her ability to encourage individuals in leadership positions to assess, understand, and develop their talents, Monica believes that “our dreams, aspirations, and hopes may certainly be accomplished once we tap into the enormous potential the world offers.”

An immigrant who grew up in South Florida and San Diego and attended college in upstate New York, she has tried to live her life in the spirit of generosity, travelling to over 30 countries as an educator, volunteering full-time for three years, and raising funds for a variety of community causes. She is married with two children and splits her time between the Bay Area and Hawaii. Companies she has founded include 10K Group, 10K Webdesign, A Successful Woman, and GreenBizWomen.com.
